The movie has already made a business of over 150 cr gross and features key scenes and songs filmed in Singapore. How Varun ditched Alia in Singapore
Singapore is known for its diverse cuisine & the Badrinath ki Dulhania team got to sample all the myriad flavours that the city is so famous for. The one place that they all loved was Alia Bhatt’s recommendation – House on Dempsey Hill. This warm, homely restaurant became a fast favourite among the team members; especially the Watermelon Coolers, which were a hit with Varun Dhawan.
The team also let us in on a secret – while Alia would catch up on her beauty sleep, after a hectic schedule, Varun & Shashank would secretly make a trip to the restaurant & soak in the tranquil bliss of the Dempsey Hill neighbourhood!

Actor Alia Bhatt will vouch for this one as her experienced the adrenaline rush of a rollercoaster for the first time during the shooting of Badrinath ki Dulhania in Singapore, where she rode this in Universal Studios. The bubbly actor now describes this as the best part of her trip!
