Bangalore, July 30, 2017: The inauguration of the RPL ( Recognition of Prior Learning) under the PMKVY was held at Gopalan Skill Academy in Bangalore today. The program was presided by Justice (Retd) Chandrashekariah, former judge of the High Court of Karnataka  in the presence of L.A Ravi Subramanya, MLA of  Basavangudi Constituency, Vishwesh A, Managing Director, Orange Tech Solutions, Alok Kumar Mathur, CEO of Orange Tech Solutions and Dr. C Prabhakar of the Gopalan Centre of Excellence.


Speaking on the occasion the MLA of Basavangudi constituency L A Ravi said “The dream of our Prime Minister, Narendra Modiji is gradually coming true today. We have set path towards creating employment and skilled labor through the country. With this program reaching thousands of youth, they will be equipped with the skill and technique needed to reform their lives and the country. I wish this program all the very best”


 Justice (Retd) Chandrashekariah, former judge of the High Court of Karnataka announced the program open by presiding over the digital launch of the program. A video message by the Prime Minister himself was played at the program that motivated the participants present.


Speaking on the occasion Vishwesh A, The Managing Director of Orange Tech Solutions said “ We have been given this responsibility of training the youth and preparing them with skill sets that are needed to live a self-sufficient life and make them employable. We are aiming to train 2000 youth in the field of house keeping and pantry services. We are here to prove that these services can be professionally delivered and can serve as a fulfilling career opportunity. We have been equipped with state of the art modern technology and equipment to train the youth in this domain”


Students we handed over specialized kits and training material that would help them through this program.  Orange Tech Solutions has partnered with Gopalan Centre of Excellence and Dusters Total Solutions Services  to implement this project across Bangalore.
