Orion Mall East’s 2-day Monsoon 50% Sale saw a record number of customers walk in and visitors to Orion Mall East were also in for a musical bonanza with the performance by Hindi Folk Rock music sensation Aurko.
Aurko is India’s leading Hindi folk rock band and is notable for its exceptional cause-driven activities. Their enthralling Live Music activity at Orion East Mall over the weekend was a thrilling experience for all spectators. Their shows are a blend of Indi-rock unforgettable and mesmerizing works of art – reprised, Indi-Pop chart busters, and in addition a dash of Indian regional folk rock. With more than 421 effective live concerts in 21 Indian cities, this band has had a great experience overall winning millions of hearts wherever they set foot.
Supratik on lead vocals can get any group to their foot with his melodious voice. Jeet is on lead guitars and handles backing vocals with some astounding strumming and rhythm work that steals everyone’s hearts. His performances had the crowd shouting for more. Avik on Bass guitar and backing vocals gives the band that solid grounding that only an excellent bassist can achieve. Chris Powell is someone who holds the crowd as one as he plays the drums and back vocals; and Joy on the keyboard brings each melody to life that the band plays. The versatility of the band and the music they perform is something phenomenal to encounter as it brings together a stunning melody list together from the inspirations they get from all around.
At Orion, Aurko played a set list that had some of their best hits, chart toppers and classics. The energetic beat of the entire night was euphoric to the point that the group just couldn’t get enough of it. “We came here to shop, having known about the sale. We had a great time picking up some really good stuff with some great deals. The highlight for us was the show by Aurko, which played some classics that we love from our younger days. It brought back memories of college and the fun we had shopping back then” said an enthusiastic spectator who had come all the way from Whitefield for the Monsoon Sale and to savor the great music.
